RHI Magnesita is seeking a hands-on Senior HSE Lead Coordinator to support our operations in Central and Eastern Canada This is a unique opportunity for an experienced safety professional who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day field engagement and wants to make a meaningful impact on safety culture and operational performance.
In this role, you will partner closely with leadership and employees to drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen our safety-first culture. You will take ownership of both developing and enhancing HSE programs while also being actively present in the field — conducting audits, supporting jobsite safety, coaching employees, and addressing real-time challenges.
