Reporting to the HRMS Manager, the Senior HRMS Administrator/Consultant serves as a technical subject matter expert responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and optimization of MAPMG’s HR technology ecosystem. In this role, you will lead complex HRMS initiatives, partner closely with HR and business stakeholders, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational strategy. This position plays a key role in expanding automation, improving data integrity, enhancing reporting and analytics, and delivering a seamless employee experience.

The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $100,452.77 to $ 125,565.86, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
