About the Opportunity
This role serves as the SuccessFactors subject matter expert, supporting P&C teams with system queries and partnering with stakeholders to deliver insightful reporting and analytics that enable informed decision making.
**Please note - this is a parental leave contract until April 2027**
In this Role
• Lead the strategic operations, integrity and optimisation of the HRIS, ensuring strong governance and system performance.
• Drive enhancements to SuccessFactors by partnering with module owners and managing bi annual release cycles.
• Provide expert advice, support and troubleshooting for HR system users, resolving complex issues.
• Develop and maintain procedures, standards and supporting documentation for system use.
• Create dashboards and reporting that deliver actionable insights for key stakeholders.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, inform decisions and support P&C and COE teams
What are we looking for?
• Strong HRIS expertise, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors, and experience with major HR systems.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules is highly regarded
• Advanced analytical capability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
• Proven experience leading HRIS projects, enhancements or implementations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR data and system configurations.
• At least 5 years’ HRIS experience, with knowledge of HR processes and previous P&C operational exposure.
