About the team and the mission

The People team owns the full employee lifecycle and translates company strategy into hiring, performance and development plans, across Europe and the US.

As we scale and especially as we grow our commercial organization across Europe and the USA, we need a Senior HRBP & People Program Manager to play two connected roles: the dedicated People Partner for our Go-To-Market and G&A population across France, Europe and part of the US and support globally programs and processes that keep the whole team performing, engaged, and growing.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role. On one side, you'll be the trusted partner of GTM and G&A managers and their teams across France, Europe and part of the US. On the other hand, you'll actively support designing and running globally our performance cycles, turning pulse survey signals into action plans, leading change management where we need to evolve, and helping build the data infrastructure and automation systems the People team needs to make good decisions.

You will be part of our 8 people team and reporting to the Chief People Officer, and work closely with the other People Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Managers and Execs across the company, including GTM leadership in France, the US, and across Europe.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• GTM business partnering: be the go-to People Partner for part of the GTM & G&A managers across France, Europe and the US (Account Executives EMEA, CSM EMEA and US, Sales Engineering EMEA and US, Finance, Legal and Operation teams) : coach them on team and individual situations, support people development as difficult conversations, and help them build effective, motivated teams. You will work in coordination with our HR Manager in the US who manages the other part of the GTM population
• Employee relations and compliance: handle individual and collective employee relations across your perimeter, ensuring compliance with French and US labor law (in collaboration with our HR Manager in the US) and the relevant local frameworks in the other European countries where we operate.
• Process design and implementation: Identify where the employee experience breaks down, support designing better processes, and drive their adoption across teams. Main current topics are: Performance management, Engagement and listening, Career paths, Comp & Ben...
• Change management and internal communication: lead the rollout of new policies, tools, and programs with clear communication and strong manager enablement.
• Learning and development: Scope and launch L&D initiatives (manager training, skills frameworks, career development) in partnership with team leads. Create various supports leveraging LLM and AI capabilities. Organize workshops, lunch and learn and other initiatives.
• AI and automation: identify high-leverage HR workflows to automate and identify areas where AI can support.

About you

If you think you match at least 70% of these criteria, please apply!

Here's what we consider essential for success in this role:

• Experience as an HR Business Partner (5 to 10 years), in the tech industry, partnering with and coaching business managers (including senior leaders), conducting performance management, navigating with French labor law,
• Experience driving HR programs and projects from the conception to the implementation and the adoption (e.g: performance management cycles (design, calibration, analysis), salary grids, learning and development programs, career frameworks),
• Fluency in English and French,
• Experience with crosscultural differences between French and Americans coworkers,
• Comfort with data analysis and spreadsheets (Pivot tables, Xlookup, multiple If...), ability to build clean reports, and know what a good KPI looks like.

The following skills would strengthen your application but aren't required:

• Experience in Process Communication Model is a plus but not required
• Genuine interest and some experience on AI tools and automation; you've already used them in your day-to-day and want to push further

The position can evolve over time to strictly program management and learning and development as to HR Manager and Director positions, either overseeing EMEA only or all regions.
