We are now looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our team in the Nordics.
In this role, you will work closely with the business and have a meaningful impact across the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to development and the continuous improvement of HR practices. You will act as a trusted partner for managers and collaborate actively with both local leaders and the Global HR- team, contributing to shaping our people experience and culture.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position where your work includes a wide range of practical and hands-on responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment. The role requires willingness to travel across the Nordics (Finland, Sweden, and Norway).
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting managers in employee-related matters such as performance, conduct, absence, and employee relations
Leading end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Designing and developing onboarding practices that help new employees succeed from day one
Identifying development needs and supporting learning and performance development
Ensuring smooth HR operations, data quality, and compliance (including GDPR)
Producing and analyzing HR data, and turning insights into actionable improvements
Acting as a key user of HR systems
Contributing to a wide range of practical HR activities and day-to-day topics, from supporting team events and employee engagement initiatives to handling various ad hoc matters that arise in everyday working life
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a collaborative and people-oriented HR professional who brings:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a broad HR role
Solid and hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Good understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Experience in HR within construction, production, or similar operational environments is considered an advantage, including familiarity with collective agreements.
Fluency in Finnish, English, and Swedish
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to build trust
An analytical mindset and interest in leveraging people data
Excellent organizational and communication skills
