Job Title: Senior HR Specialist – International HR & Payroll
Location: Remote / Flexible

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in US HR, plus exposure to global HR operations This person will play a key role in managing HR compliance, payroll processes, and employee relations across a growing international team.

We cover multiple countries—including Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America—so someone with experience handling multi-country HR challenges would be a great fit.

This is a dynamic role, with flexibility on title and responsibilities based on the candidate’s strengths. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, easygoing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Be Doing

HR Operations:

• Support international payroll and HR functions across multiple regions.
• Manage employment contracts, benefits, and compliance across different countries.

HR Compliance & Best Practices:

• Stay up to date on labor laws and employment regulations across different jurisdictions.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with local labor laws and company policies

Employee Relations & Support:

• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from global teams.
• Provide support and guidance to employees and leadership on HR matters.

Process Improvement & Flexibility:

• Help streamline HR operations and implement best practices across countries.
• Work closely with leadership to fill gaps based on company needs and candidate strengths

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 5+ years in HR, with a strong focus on US HR
• Exposure to global HR operations is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with HRIS
• Solid understanding of multi-country labor laws

Soft Skills:

• Easygoing, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
