Job Description

This position will be a senior role within the company's HR team, responsible for driving recruitment strategies, talent selection processes, and HR system optimization, and assisting in establishing more efficient and consistent HR operating processes.

We expect this partner to not only independently execute daily HR tasks, but also proactively identify problems and propose optimization suggestions from the perspective of organizational development and process improvement. They should also work closely with department heads to help the company attract suitable talent, improve recruitment quality, and enhance the professionalism and operational efficiency of HR systems.

This role requires mature communication and coordination skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of sensitivity to the recruitment market and HR process optimization. [You Will Be Responsible For]

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including confirming job requirements, optimizing job descriptions, screening resumes, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates, and tracking the hiring process.

  • Collaborate with department heads to clarify staffing needs, talent qualifications, and interview evaluation criteria to improve the accuracy of talent matching.

  • Optimize the recruitment process and candidate experience to improve recruitment efficiency, interview quality, and hiring success rate.

  • Establish and maintain a talent database, proactively develop potential candidates, and help the company accumulate long-term talent resources.

HR Process Improvement & Systemization

  • Review and optimize existing HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, probationary period management, transfers, promotions, and departures.

  • Assist in establishing standard operating procedures, forms, and operational guidelines to improve process consistency, transparency, and execution efficiency.

  • Proactively identify problems and risks in the processes, propose specific improvement suggestions, and help make HR operations more systematic.

  • Collaborate with internal supervisors and relevant departments to ensure that HR processes comply with company policies, operational needs, and regulatory requirements.

Employee Lifecycle & HR Project Support

  • Assist with employee lifecycle-related operations, including new employee onboarding, probationary period tracking, job transfers, promotions, and departures.

  • Support various HR projects, such as system optimization, employee communication, performance processes, organizational restructuring, and employer branding activities.

  • Assist in handling basic employee relations and internal communication issues, acting as a bridge between managers and employees.

  • Process Systematization (Shikumika): Continuously optimize HR regulations and operating procedures to improve administrative efficiency.

  • Labor Compliance: Track the latest labor laws and regulations and recommend revisions to internal management standards as needed to reduce labor disputes.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, or HR process optimization.

  • Experience in complete recruitment processes, data analysis, talent pool management, or employer branding. Ability to independently communicate with hiring managers, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and drive the hiring process.

  • Experience in process improvement or system establishment, able to organize vague or fragmented tasks into clear and executable processes.

  • Good communication and coordination skills and able to build good working relationships with managers and employees from different departments.

  • Open to learning, willing to learn and grow, open to new approaches, and proactively seeking solutions to challenges.

  • Meticulous, patient, and values ​​accuracy and consistency.
