At Endress+Hauser, progress happens by working together. As the global leader in measurement instrumentation, with over 18,000 employees we shape the future in the field of process automation. Whether developing and realising new technology as a team, collaborating to build instrumentation, or strengthening vital relationships with countless global industries, we work to create trusted relationships that help everyone thrive. As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.

We are looking for a Senior HR Service Partner to join us and play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service at Endress+Hauser Ireland. Working across multiple business entities and stakeholder groups, you will balance operational excellence with strategic thinking, helping us provide a consistent and positive employee experience while supporting the evolving needs of our business.

We are currently based in Kill, Co. Kildare, and in November 2026 we will move to a new, modern office in Citywest, Co. Dublin. The new location will provide an enhanced working environment and more modern facilities for our growing team, and this role will be based at our Citywest office following the move.

What is the role about?

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and colleagues? Do you have the expertise to guide people through the full employee lifecycle while balancing competing priorities? Are you motivated by improving HR processes, supporting organisational change and creating a positive employee experience? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity to make a real contribution at Endress+Hauser Ireland.

As Senior HR Service Partner, you will provide trusted HR advice and support across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with managers, employees and cross-functional teams, supporting employee relations, HR operations, compliance, engagement, learning and development, projects and continuous improvement.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, helping them make informed decisions that support business objectives and employee engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes across multiple business entities and stakeholder groups, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
  • Support the development and review of HR policies and practices, and manage the implementation of employment legislation and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement communications, engagement, onboarding and learning initiatives that support the needs of our people and the wider Campus.
  • Work collaboratively on cross-functional projects, including the local implementation of Corporate-led HR and Health & Safety activities and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, promote technology and automation, and drive continuous improvement across daily operations.

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Have a minimum of 8 years’ progressive HR experience, together with a degree and/or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Bring strong experience in managing the full employee lifecycle and delivering end-to-end HR processes.
  • Have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, with the ability to provide clear and practical guidance to managers and employees.
  • Are process-driven and solution-oriented, with a customer-centric approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Have experience developing and implementing learning initiatives, onboarding processes, organisational change and employee engagement activities.
  • Bring strong project management and process improvement experience, combined with excellent organisational, administration and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Are digitally minded and proactive in embracing technology, with confidence using SharePoint and other business systems to support collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

What can you expect from us?

  • We are a family-owned, highly committed company with a sustainable vision.
  • We promote lifelong learning with versatile training and further education opportunities, internal knowledge transfer and e-learning.
  • We offer the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple business entities and stakeholder groups, giving you the scope to make a meaningful contribution to our Campus.
  • We value commitment, excellence, friendliness and sustainability in the way we work together and support our colleagues.
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives that help shape our HR function and the wider employee experience.
