A client in Houston, Texas, is seeking an HR Call Center Service Tech for the hospital industry. Will be working onsite 100%.
Open-ended project.
Required: 4 years of call center experience and/or performing administrative/clerical work. Will consider college in place of experience. Strong customer service orientation. Interpersonal skills: flexible/adaptable, good communicator (both orally and written), diplomatic, effective team member. Ability to prioritize work in a multi-task environment. Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision. Hands-on PC/keyboard skills. Strong telephone and organizational skills.
Preferred: 2 years of HR or call center experience. Knowledge of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center operations is preferred. An understanding of principles and practices of customer service and call centers. Previous benefit and/or KRONOS experience is a plus. Bi-lingual preferred.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. On-site position. This position will primarily support the HR Reception Desk and Badge Room. Strong general PC and keyboard skills are required. Experience using ServiceNow and PeopleSoft HCM is preferred but not required.
