As a Senior HR Service Advisor on the Employee Moves team, you will navigate complex employee mobility challenges spanning multiple countries and regions, partnering closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Immigration, Legal, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a critical point of contact for employees, managers, Human Resources partners, and business stakeholders, guiding complex employee lifecycle events and mobility processes.
- Manage and resolve time-sensitive cases related to international assignments, cross-border moves, and organizational changes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Human Resources, Payroll, Immigration, and Legal to deliver seamless solutions for employee mobility, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, drive automation, and contribute to the implementation of scalable solutions that improve service delivery and operational excellence.
- Provide trusted guidance and support, leveraging data-driven decision making to enhance stakeholder engagement, strengthen employee trust, and fulfill business priorities.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, or related field AND 4+ years work experience in HR operations, HR, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, Operations, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, Operations, or related field AND 3+ years work experience in HR operations, HR, or related field OR equivalent experience.
