Job Description


Requirement

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR field, particularly in personnel administration management.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of regulations and rules related to BPJS Employment Insurance & Health Insurance.
  • Capable of analyzing and evaluating administration reports of work accident claims.
  • Proficiency in creating routine reports and evaluations (weekly and monthly) to monitor performance and progress.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented in performing administrative tasks and managing important documents.


Job Desc:

  • Supervising Mitra Support Team
  • Ensuring Registration and Deactivation of BPJS Employment Insurance, Health Insurance & Workers Welfare Fund (BPU) for All Projects
  • Checking Administration Reports of Work Accident Claims
  • Ensuring the Process of Creating New Contracts and Extensions, as well as other Administrative Letters for All Projects
  • Creating Weekly and Monthly Reports and Evaluations
