Senior HR Partner
Are you energized by partnering with senior leaders to enable business success through people-focused solutions? As Senior HR Partner, Enabling Functions, you will work closely with B-1 leaders and their leadership teams across global Enabling Functions to support the delivery of the people agenda.
In this role, you will act as a trusted HR advisor on a broad range of people and organizational topics, helping leaders translate business priorities into effective people actions. You will partner closely with the Global HR Business Partner EF (GHRBP) and play an important role in supporting leadership teams through change, organizational development, talent decisions, and workforce planning.
This role combines senior HR partnering with hands-on execution of (a.o.) HR cycle topics and HR project implementations in a complex, international environment.

About the team
You will report to the Local/Regional HR Partner Lead and work closely with the Global HR Business Partner, regional HR colleagues, and HR Functions and HR Service team. In this role, you will support B-1 leaders and their teams across global Enabling Functions and where applicable join their MT’s, incl. close relation with Financial Controller.
What do we offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of 7.400 EUR to 8.800 EUR gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
