The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR leader with strong expertise in HR operations, payroll, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations, combined with a passion for building efficient HR processes and delivering exceptional employee support.

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, and HR service delivery.
• Oversee payroll processing, BPJS administration, PPh21 compliance, and employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, annual salary reviews, and market benchmarking initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and industrial relations activities.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and internal HR governance standards.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), employment documentation, and employee records.
• Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure seamless HR operations and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Support HR reporting, workforce data analysis, and HR initiatives that contribute to organizational performance.
