Join ASRC Federal as our next HR Transformation Operations Senior Analyst, based out of our corporate Reston, Virginia office as a hybrid located employee, reporting directly to the HR Program Management and Operations Director to drive enterprise wide HR excellence, innovation, and transformation. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will help shape strategy, accelerate execution, and champion the next generation of HR technology and AI enabled solutions.
What You’ll Do within the HR Program Management and Operations Function
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dashboards, and deliverables, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Co-Lead and maintain HR roadmap, dashboards and tracking tools to ensure visibility into progress, risks and dependencies.
• Partner across HR, Finance and IT to ensure business needs are accurately understood and reflected in proposed solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging HR technologies, and AI advancements, recommending and implementing innovative solutions that elevate employee experience.
• Coordinate and execute HR initiatives from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment to priorities, timelines and outcomes.
• Analyze current-state HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve employee/manager experience.
• Support change management, communication strategies, and training programs related to new HR systems, tools, and processes.
• Document future-state processes leveraging workflow improvements and Dayforce capabilities (HCM, Core HR, Benefits/Compensation, Performance & Learning)
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows for Dayforce enhancements and HR technology initiatives.
• Support testing, validation, and readiness activities for HR process or system changes.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Equivalent years’ of experience in lieu of degree will be accepted.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM or similar technology platforms (Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Learning and Benefits)
• Strong understanding of HR programs and processes (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Performance, Workforce Planning, Employee Experience).
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and process documentation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership sills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization, follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
• High degree of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
• Experience supporting HR functions in government contracting, federal services, or similarly complex environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms.
• Strong understanding of technical HR solutions, automation, and digital workflow optimization.
