Lead the data behind our people strategy. Drive global alignment. Make HR work smarter.
About the Role
We are looking for an analytically minded HR professional who thrives on bringing order to complexity. As Senior HR Operations Specialist, you'll be the strategic backbone of our HRBP function—turning HR data into actionable insights, coordinating critical global projects, and ensuring our People & Culture initiatives deliver real impact across our international footprint.
This is not a typical admin role. You will own high-visibility projects that shape how we manage our people globally, working at the intersection of data, policy, and operational excellence.
What You will Do
Transform HR Data into Strategic Insights
Lead the rollout of global People & Culture dashboards that give leadership the insights they need to make better decisions
Coordinate data collection across Country Offices, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
Spot trends, flag issues, and translate complex data into clear, actionable intelligence for HRBPs and senior leaders
Drive Global Handbook Harmonization
Take end-to-end ownership of our employee handbook alignment project—a critical initiative touching every employee globally
Manage the delicate balance between global consistency and local adaptation, tracking deviations and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Act as the central coordination point for Country Offices, keeping the project on track and escalating risks before they become problems
Strengthen People & Culture Delivery
Coordinate implementation of employee engagement initiatives, talent management programs, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) across regions
Ensure initiatives don't just launch—they land well, with clear tracking and measurable progress
Support Employee Relations Excellence
Bring structure to ER case management through robust tracking, documentation, and timeline management
Support fact-finding and investigation processes where your skills align, working closely with HRBPs
What You will Bring
The Must-Haves:
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with HR data and metrics
Excellent project coordination skills—you can juggle multiple workstreams, keep stakeholders aligned, and deliver to deadline
Meticulous attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger strategic picture
Experience working in multi-country or matrix HR environments
Outstanding communication skills—you can explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort learning new HR systems
What Will Set You Apart:
Experience building HR dashboards or reporting frameworks
Background in policy review, handbook development, or HR compliance
Exposure to employee relations case management
Cultural intelligence and ability to navigate different regional contexts
A proactive, solutions-focused approach—you see problems before they escalate
Why This Role Matters
You will be working on initiatives that directly impact how thousands of employees experience our organization. Your coordination will help ensure fair, consistent practices globally while respecting local contexts. Your insights will inform leadership decisions about our workforce. Your project management will bring critical HR transformation initiatives across the finish line.
If you are energized by making HR operations run like clockwork, love turning messy data into clear insights, and want to see the tangible impact of your work across a global organization—this role is for you.
