KONI
De kernactiviteiten van de KONI Groep zijn de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogwaardige schokdempers voor auto’s, raceauto’s, vrachtwagens, bussen, aanhangers en treinen, maar ook van speciale toepassingen zoals schokdempers voor bruggen. Ter uitbreiding van ons team in Oud-Beijerland zijn wij op zoek naar een senior HR Officer. Het HR-team bestaat uit HR-manager, een HR officer en HR Assistent. Gezamenlijk is het HR-team verantwoordelijk voor het gehele HR-proces en de bijbehorende taken, zoals personeelsadministratie, personeelsplanning, HR-administratie, recruitment en ziekteverzuim. Dit doen wij vanuit een dienstverlenende en klantgerichte rol. Daarnaast zijn wij onderdeel van de corporate HR-afdeling van ITT.
Functie
Als Senior HR Officer ben je onderdeel van het HR-team in Oud-Beijerland en draag je bij aan een positieve employee expeirence. Samen met de andere HR-collega’s ben jij verantwoordelijk voor coördinerende, administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Je zorgt er onder andere voor dat nieuwe medewerkers een goede onboarding krijgen, de HR-administratie op orde is en bent verantwoordelijk voor ziekteverzuim.
