Your missions
As a Senior HR Officer, you will:
Manage end-to-end operational recruitment for IT and corporate profiles, from needs analysis to onboarding
Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and support them throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate HR administrative and operational activities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Contribute to Learning & Development initiatives, including coordination with training organizations and follow-up of training plans
Lead and support ad hoc HR projects aligned with business needs and HR strategy
Actively participate in HR process improvement, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a positive employee experience

Your ideal profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role
Solid experience in operational recruitment
Good understanding of HR operations and coordination
Comfortable working on process improvement and ad hoc HR projects
Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
Proactive, organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
