The HR team partners closely with Technology leadership and associates to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. We are focused on building high-performing teams, delivering data-driven people solutions, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with global priorities.
You’ll be at the heart of building a high-performing, inclusive, and scalable organization—driving initiatives across HR Business Partnership, Talent Development, and HR Operations. From strengthening leadership capability to enhancing employee experience, your work will directly impact how our teams grow and succeed.
While you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure hiring strategies are aligned with business needs and support ITC’s continued growth, the scope of this role may evolve over time to include broader responsibilities in this area.
You’ll also partner with U.S. and global HR teams, gaining exposure to a truly international environment and helping bring together global best practices with local insights.
Partner with Technology leaders to align workforce strategy with business goals, including org design and workforce planning
Provide coaching to managers on leadership capability, performance management, and team effectiveness
Use HR analytics to identify trends (attrition, engagement, performance) and recommend actionable interventions
Support and lead change management initiatives with structured execution and communication
Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
Partner with leaders on talent reviews, succession planning, and capability building
Design and implement engagement initiatives based on survey insights
Build manager capability through structured training and coaching programs
Partner with Global Total Rewards team on compensation benchmarking and reward strategies
Provide insights on market competitiveness and retention strategies
Ensure effective communication and understanding of benefits programs among associates
Provide guidance on associate relations matters including performance concerns, investigations, and exits
Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolution aligned with company values
Proactively identify and mitigate employee relations risks
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., Shops & Establishment Act, POSH, PF, Gratuity)
Maintain HRIS (Oracle) data integrity and leverage analytics for workforce insights
Partner with Legal, Payroll, and Global HR teams for operational excellence and audit readiness
Adapt global policies to align with local legal and cultural requirements
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team
Set clear priorities aligned with business needs and drive accountability for outcomes
Build HR capability to support organizational scale and maturity
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture grounded in trust and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and ITC leadership to support hiring strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans
Provide input into workforce planning, role prioritization, and hiring needs based on evolving business objectives
Collaborate to ensure strong alignment on candidate profiles, hiring quality, and overall candidate experience
Contribute to building effective onboarding experiences that enable strong integration and early productivity of new hires
Support continuous improvement of hiring and onboarding practices, with the potential to take on broader responsibilities in this area over time
Oversee associate’s onboarding programs to ensure effective integration and early productivity of new hires
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent work experience
8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and talent development experience
Experience in global or matrixed organizations, preferably in product companies or Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
Proven experience supporting Technology/Engineering organizations in high-growth environments
Strong understanding of the Indian talent market, especially in major tech hubs
Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements
