
You will be the first dedicated HR professional for the Netherlands, building and shaping HR processes for our Dutch team of currently around 30 employees in a rapidly growing market.
While collaborating closely with our German HR team, you will take full operational and strategic responsibility for all HR topics in the Netherlands, supporting the growth and development of our local organization.
• Full HR ownership for all NL retail stores across the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
• Full strategic and operational HR responsibility for the Netherlands, acting as key partner to Store Managers and Retail Leadership on all people topics
• Implementation of HR strategy and ensuring compliant HR processes in line with Dutch labor law
• Leading recruitment, workforce planning and succession planning together with Talent Acquisition
• Managing employee relations cases and sensitive people matters professionally and solution-oriented
• Delivering HR trainings and workshops for managers
• Supporting on-site HR operations through regular store visits across the Netherlands
• Several years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally in retail or multi-site environments
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and local HR practices
• Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle
• Strong business partnering and leadership advisory skills
• Experience in recruitment, workforce planning and talent development
• Solid background in HR administration and preparatory payroll processes
• Proficiency with HR systems and digital HR management tools
• Very good English skills and fluent Dutch
