Key Responsibilities

Core Compensation

• Manage end-to-end compensation across the employee lifecycle.
• Review and approve compensation proposals to ensure alignment with internal equity, compensation philosophy and governance guidelines.
• Provide compensation recommendations for hiring, internal movements, promotions and off-cycle salary reviews.

Should have 8-10yrs of experience in Total Rewards profile

• Support market benchmarking and salary structure reviews.
• Maintain compensation frameworks, policies and salary administration processes.

Hiring Support & Offer Management

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support compensation decisions for external hiring.
• Evaluate and recommend compensation offers based on market competitiveness, internal parity and business requirements.
• Review offer fitments and compensation exceptions.
• Support hiring managers and recruiters during compensation discussions and approvals.
• Ensure timely turnaround of hiring-related compensation requests while maintaining governance standards.

Total Rewards Operations

• Manage day-to-day Total Rewards operations including:

oOffer fitments

oOff-cycle compensation changes

oOne-time bonus requests

oCompensation approvals

oInternational transfers

oPayroll compensation inputs

oPosition and salary validations

• Ensure operational accuracy, compliance and service excellence across all compensation activities.

Annual Reward Programs

Support the planning and execution of global reward programs, including:

• Annual merit review
• Promotion cycle
• Variable pay and bonus administration
• Compensation budgeting
• Reward communications

Partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to ensure smooth execution of all annual reward processes.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition, Human Capital Business Partners and business leaders on compensation-related matters.
• Provide practical guidance on compensation decisions while balancing business needs with internal equity.
• Build strong relationships across HR and business functions to deliver an excellent stakeholder experience.
