Responsible for overseeing multiple HR teams, functions or projects and contributing to the development and implementation of departmental strategy.
Key responsibilities may include:
Lead multiple HR functions, teams or major initiatives.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement HR plans aligned with organizational strategy.
Manage resources and departmental priorities.
Advise senior stakeholders on complex HR matters.
Monitor performance, governance and organizational effectiveness.
Candidates should demonstrate:
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development
Experience working within large and complex organizations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
