As a Senior HR Learning Representative, you will serve as a point-of-contact for Learning-related inquiries across multiple disciplines— via phone, chat, and Case Management. Your role will be focused on delivering a best-in-class employee experience while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strategic service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as primary point-of-contact for learning inquiries (via phone, chat, and Case Management), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders.
Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate but remains responsible through completion.
Track and manage case progress, providing timely updates and ensuring closure within defined service levels.
Oversees and contributes to the development and maintenance of Knowledge Base, Learning and Case Management content.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inquiry volume and enhance employee experience.
Participates in projects, driving outcomes and communicating with clarity and influence.
Performs Subject Matter Expert role for assigned discipline or region, providing expert guidance and support.
Support daily service operations, adapting to fluctuations in inquiry volume and team capacity.
Uses service delivery metrics to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities; reports findings to leadership.
Delivers training and onboarding for new team members on effective service delivery practices.
Qualifications
Any bachelor's degree
3-5 years of relevant HR experience in HR Operations / Learning /HR Shared Services/ HR Service Delivery or a related HR function.
Experience supporting global or regional HR service delivery environments will be a plus.
Experience participating in process improvement and transformation initiatives will be added advantage.
