searching for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. LAS is home to 15,000

The Senior Human Resources Generalist provides guidance on a
variety of human resource activities and manages complex human resource-related
issues within a designated portfolio. This position will play a crucial
role in fulfilling staffing needs, with a focus on J-1 visa processing for the units

This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5020 - Human Resource Associate position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the deadline date. The budgeted salary range for this position is $63,000-71,000. The final salary offered will be determined by a thorough assessment of
available market data, internal salary equity, candidate experience and
qualifications, collective bargaining agreements, and budget constraints. Hybrid work options may be available for this position, after an on-site training period, with the ability to be on-site at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus as needed per the University’s Workplace Flexibility policy. This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship for work authorization.
