The Senior HR Generalist reports to the Director of People Operations and serves as a strategic partner to organizational leaders by providing guidance and support across employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, leave administration, compliance, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and workforce support while ensuring legal compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.
