Job Description
The Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition activities across the organization. This role will lead end-to-end hiring processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a strong candidate experience while supporting the company’s workforce growth objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, experience in sourcing across multiple functions and levels, and the ability to manage recruitment operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management to onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and manpower needs.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for roles.
- Coordinate interview arrangements and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Manage salary proposals, offer negotiations, and employment documentation.
- Ensure timely hiring and achievement of recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation processes.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Management
- Act as a key HR partner to business leaders and hiring managers on recruitment matters.
- Provide hiring managers with market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability updates.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s presence in the talent market.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking activities when required.
- Prepare engaging job advertisements and recruitment postings across various platforms.
- Support employee referral and candidate engagement initiatives.
Recruitment Operations & HR Administration
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates for management review.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels.
- Prior experience in corporate or in-house recruitment environment is preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin is required to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates.
