(Senior) HR Executive (Operator Recruitment)
Role Purposes:
Be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, with a primary focus on operator recruitment and other key HR function tasks This role involves creating a positive work culture, ensuring effective talent management and supporting HR operations across the organization
Work closely with team members to manage recruitment processes for operators, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates and handle other HR functions such as payroll and employee relations…
Major Accountabilities:
Operator Recruitment (70%):
Job Posting & Sourcing: Manage job postings, search for suitable candidates through various channels and screen applications.
Interviews & Selection: Coordinate interview schedules, conduct interviews and work with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are properly introduced to the company culture and equipped for success.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment efforts, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and candidate quality.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media and career fairs.
Learning & Development (10%):
Support regular assessment of training needs through performance reviews, surveys and feedback to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning opportunities.
Collaborate with managers to support employee development plans, career growth and succession planning initiatives.
Collect feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness; help improve programs based on assessments and performance tracking.
Maintain and update training materials, online resources and learning libraries for easy access by employees.
Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools such as e-learning platforms and webinars to support training delivery.
Work closely with department heads and external vendors to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
Other HR Tasks (20%):
Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery. Support in maintaining payroll records and compliance with legal regulations.
Employee Relations: Provide support to employees on HR-related queries, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving employee concerns. Act as a liaison between employees and management for conflict resolution.
HR Reporting & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Compliance & Policy: Assist in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Ensure that company practices align with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement: Organize and promote employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs and team-building activities
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-7 years of experience with a focus on mass recruitment, staff recruitment, payroll, learning & development (L&D), and general HR functions
Business English abilities (pre-intermediate level)
Strong understanding of HR functions, including training and development, recruitment processes, payroll administration and labor laws
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
