Job Description

Position: Senior HR Executive / HR Lead

Location: Gulberg (Onsite)

Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive / HR Lead to oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions within our financial institution. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in establishing and enforcing robust HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving efficient HR operations. This position requires strong expertise in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and the development or implementation of in-house HRMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

2. HR Operations

  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, and HR reporting.

3. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Establish and enforce strict HR policies suitable for a financial institution, including attendance, leave management, employee conduct, and workplace protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Promote a culture of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical behavior.

4. HRMS Development & Digital Transformation

  • Lead the design, development, or implementation of an in-house Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Automate HR processes such as attendance tracking, leave management, payroll inputs, and performance evaluations.
  • Generate analytical reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

5. Employee Relations & Organizational Development

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

Requirement:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA (HR) or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) will be an advantage.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 4–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the financial services or banking sector
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR compliance and policy development.
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS development or implementation, particularly in-house systems.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
