4. SCOPE OF WORK: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate recruitment for operational and office staff
• Arrange interviews and onboarding processes
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
• Monitor probation and confirmation timelines
• Support manpower planning requirements

4.2 HR Administration & Payroll

• Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation
• Manage leave, attendance, overtime, and staff records
• Prepare and process monthly/fortnightly payroll calculations accurately and on time
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and payroll-related records
• Ensure proper payroll documentation and submission
• Coordinate CPF contributions, salary payments, and related payroll matters
• Ensure compliance with MOM requirements relating to salary and payroll records
• Prepare HR letters and employee correspondence
• Ensure proper filing and document control

4.3 MOM & Compliance

• Support work pass applications and renewals
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies
• Assist in maintaining proper employment documentation
• Coordinate medical check-ups, training records, and related compliance matters

4.4 Employee Relations

• Support employee communication and engagement
• Handle basic staff queries and HR matters
• Assist in resolving workplace issues professionally
• Support disciplinary documentation when required

4.5 HR Process Improvement

• Assist in improving HR procedures and workflows
• Support implementation of HR systems and digital records
• Maintain updated HR forms, templates, and SOPs
