Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Rayong, is looking for a Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager with a strong focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition The ideal candidate will take ownership of the hiring process and support the business in hiring 50+ staff within the next 3 months
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can deliver quick, quality hiring results.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles across production, engineering, and support functions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment priorities.
Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Build a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, agencies, and networking.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and updates for management.
Contribute to overall HR initiatives including employee engagement and retention.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
58 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruitment in a manufacturing or industrial setup
Proven success in handling high-volume recruitment within tight timelines.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
Good command of English and Thai (spoken & written).
