Wood is recruiting for a Senior HR Delivery Partner to join our HR team based in Alabang, Philippines, supporting stakeholders across the Philippines and Asia Pacific region. You will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives, employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to support business growth and operational excellence. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work within a global organisation and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple geographies.
The Senior HR Delivery Partner acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. The role partners with business leaders to deliver people solutions, drive engagement, manage employee relations, support organizational change, and build leadership capability while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Additionally, the role serves as an engagement champion and lead HR advisor in-country, providing mentorship and guidance to the broader HR team.

Reporting directly to the Manager HR – Asia, you will be instrumental in providing leadership and support on all people related matters for Wood Philippines, delivering strategic, advisory, and operational HR services. Your responsibility will be across the employee life cycle of on-boarding, retention, remuneration, engagement, employee relations, employment law and learning and development. You will engage centres of expertise and global shared services to enable the business leaders to both own and drive their respective people strategies and processes successfully. Your challenge will be the ongoing alignment of HR to Business strategy (regionally and globally), maintaining consistency within the function and support line management while crossing cultures, locations, and industry sectors.

Suitably qualified with bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology (or a related field) from a recognised institution, ideally you will have proven experience working in a similar role, supported by 10+ years in HR Business Partnering or generalist HR experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
