Job Description

Role Purpose

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders across France and Iberia Markets and Regional Functions. The role focuses on aligning people’s strategy with business priorities, driving organizational performance, and enabling transformation, while ensuring strong collaboration with wider P&O Teams and other colleagues across the region (France, Italy, Iberia, Belgium and the NL).

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, understanding business challenges and translating them into HR priorities and action plans
  • Coach, challenge, and support managers in building teams that drive a more performance driven culture,
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the regional P&O Business plans and priorities

Workforce & Talent Management

  • Lead strategic workforce planning (FTE management, skills, capabilities) aligned with business needs
  • Drive talent management processes: succession planning, people reviews, leadership pipelines and talent programs
  • Oversee employee development, learning, and engagement initiatives

Transformation, Change Management, & DEI

  • Support organizational design and transformation projects
  • Enable leaders to navigate change and transformation effectively
  • Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across the region

Employee Relations & Risk Management (in collaboration with Sr HRBP Eemployee relations)

  • Partner closely with the Sr HRBP Employee Relations & Social Dialogue for France
  • Provide guidance to managers on complex employee relations cases
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws across the regions
  • Contribute to proactive risk management and mitigation of potential disputes

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships across a multicultural and matrix organization
  • Act as interface with P&O Service s& Payroll, Recruitment, and Centers of Excellences to ensure alignment and deliver effectively on P&O Business plans and priorities
  • Collaborating with managers and Finance on employee costs and FTE management

Employee Lifecycle & Operational Excellence

  • Support key HR processes and projects: Pay transparency, performance reviews, compensation cycles, employees engagement surveys,
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity and adherence to HR systems and processes (e.g., Workday)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field
  • Significant experience (+8-10 years) in HR Business Partner roles within an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law; familiarity with Iberian labor frameworks is a plus
  • Proven experience in change management, talent management, and organizational development
