HR Business Partner – Test & Measurement (Europe)

Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Are you looking for an HR role where you can truly partner with the business and make a tangible impact on employee experience? We are looking for a senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Europe GEO HR team, based in Yerevan

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, balancing strategic HR partnership with hands-on operational support, while contributing to regional and global HR initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for leaders in Armenia and selected European T&M locations where we do not have a physical site.
• Partner closely with site and functional leaders to support our employees
• Drive or support complex HR projects
• Provide practical, compliant, and people-focused HR guidance to managers, acting as a trusted coach and problem-solver.
• Drive employee engagement, reinforce company values, and help maintain a strong and inclusive culture across geographies.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with local labor law requirements while supporting consistent global standards.

Who You Are

• An experienced HR Business Partner with a strong mix of strategic thinking and operational execution
• Confident working with leaders, comfortable challenging and influencing when needed, while maintaining trust and credibility.
• Passionate about employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Experienced in supporting multi-country or international scopes, ideally in a matrixed or global organization.
• Pragmatic, resilient, and able to manage complexity with professionalism and empathy.
• Fluent in English; Armenian language skills are an advantage.
