Maternity cover — minimum 1 year, possible extension | Location: Sweden (Nordics remit) | Reports to: Head of People & Culture, Nordics.

The team, position & mission:

Orange Business Nordics is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to cover a maternity leave, for a minimum of one year with possible extension. This is a broad, senior Business Partner role for the Nordics market, covering the full range of strategic and operational People and Culture (P&C) priorities — from organizational development, and compensation to talent management — in close partnership with the Head of People & Culture Nordics and the Managing Director Nordics. The role will also work closely with other central functions across the organization to ensure alignment with Orange Business' global practices, frameworks, and ways of working.

Our Nordics organization (Sweden and Norway) has approximately 500 employees, of which around 120 are based at our Swedish office in Solna.

Your key areas of responsibility as a Senior HR Business Partner:

• Trusted business partner to leaders and managers, supported by P&C Advisors who own daily HR operations.
• Close partnering with the Managing Director Nordics and the Head of People & Culture Nordics on strategic and operational priorities.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives in partnership with business leaders, ensuring people strategies support business objectives and sustainable growth.
• Lead and coordinate the annual salary review process across the Nordic organization, partnering with business leaders to ensure fair, market-aligned, and compliant compensation decisions in line with Orange Business compensation frameworks, budgets, and governance.
• Own talent management across the Nordics — including onboarding, performance reviews, career development, and succession planning — together with the Head of People & Culture Nordics and in alignment with Orange Business' central people practices and frameworks.
• Support managers and P&C colleagues in applying these frameworks consistently across Sweden and Norway, including developing training materials, facilitating workshops, and educating managers on how to effectively apply talent management practices in their day-to-day leadership.
• Bring in current best practice and help refine ways of working based on feedback from the business.

As an ideal candidate you have:

• 10+ years of broad-based HR experience, including several years as a senior business partner to leadership teams.
• Proven track record of designing, leading, and embedding strategic people initiatives, talent management frameworks, and organizational change programs that drive business performance and transformation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, challenge, and coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, and people-related decisions.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and adapting global and regional frameworks to local business and regulatory requirements across European markets.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
