As Senior HR Business Partner at Swedfund, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to managers and leaders across the organisation. Working across the full HR agenda, you will combine business-focused HR support with people and organisational development initiatives, including learning and development, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, and employee experience. The role offers a high degree of responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues at all offices.
The position is based in Stockholm and reports to the Chief HR and Administration Officer. Occasional travel within the Nordics and Europe, as well as to Swedfund’s regional offices, may be required.
To succeed in this role, you have several years of experience in a senior HR role, such as Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably gained in an international environment. You are comfortable supporting and challenging managers in both operational and strategic HR matters and enjoy taking ownership of your area of responsibility.
You have solid knowledge of Swedish labour law and hands-on experience in work environment management, employee relations, trade union collaboration, and negotiations. Experience within Learning & Development, as well as driving HR process improvements and digitalisation initiatives, is considered a strong advantage.
You have excellent written and spoken English skills, and knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
