Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Human Resources| Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid) | Full-Time, Exempt

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, providing strategic counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with leadership to assess organizational effectiveness, identify talent and capability gaps, and develop action plans aligned with business goals.
  • Support leaders through change initiatives such as growth, restructuring, reorganizations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll, Benefits) to deliver integrated and effective HR solutions.
  • Lead and support annual HR processes including performance reviews, merit and promotion planning, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
  • Use data, metrics, and insights to inform decision-making and provide clear recommendations to leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR programs, tools, and processes as the HR function matures.
  • Model strong leadership behaviors and reinforce company values across the organization.
  • Support special projects and initiatives that advance HR strategy and business priorities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting leaders in a complex, operationally focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise leaders at multiple levels, including senior leadership.
  • Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coaching other HR professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, and employment practices.
  • Exposure to international HR support, including partnering with leaders or employees outside the U.S. and navigating cross‑cultural considerations, global policies, or local employment practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain HR concepts and recommendations to leaders and employees.
  • Comfortable working in a growing organization where processes may still be evolving.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
