At Arrowhead, the Senior HR Business Partner shapes and leads the people strategies that carry our studio's vision forward. They work closely with leadership to drive change, plan for what's ahead, and lead initiatives that reach across the whole organization.
This is a role for someone who brings deep HR and Labour Law expertise together with real business understanding, someone who can advise on complex matters, scale initiatives, and coach managers into stronger people leaders.
Stakeholders can rely on you for a wide number of areas such as strategic guidance on people growth and workforce planning and talent management initiatives. At its core, this role is about shaping a people first culture that aligns with where the studio is headed.
What you'll own:
Managing employee relations cases, including investigations and conflict resolution
Guiding leadership through reorganizations, restructuring, and workforce changes in line with Swedish employment law
Advising on and handling performance matters
Serving as an advisor and partner to senior leaders on people matters
Aligning HR strategy with business goals and the studio's long term vision
Leading change initiatives, performance strategies, and organizational design efforts
Driving engagement, inclusion, and development across the studio
Leading and executing high impact, cross functional HR projects
Supporting workforce planning and recruitment strategy for key roles and teams
Using HR and organizational metrics to inform strategic planning and improvements
Supporting leadership in planning for structural changes, growth, and succession
What you'll bring
Solid, proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
The ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls without needing close oversight
Professional fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Strong practical knowledge of Swedish employment law and labour relations
