About the Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner in Telstra's Digital Infrastructure business, you'll thrive in complexity and be energised by the opportunity to solve challenging people and organisational issues. You'll play a key role in one of Telstra's most dynamic and evolving portfolios, partnering at the forefront of transformation to help shape the future of our workforce and business.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will influence and deliver people strategies that build leadership capability, strengthen talent pipelines, and enable sustainable business performance. This is a highly visible and strategic partnering role where success comes from building trusted relationships, understanding the realities of a complex operational environment, and translating business priorities into practical people outcomes.
You'll bring a commercial mindset and a passion for problem-solving, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Whether guiding organisational change, developing leadership capability, or designing innovative people solutions, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both our people and our business.
While our preference is for this role to be based in Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW, we welcome applications from candidates across Australia.

What You’ll Do
As a senior member of the Telstra Digital Infrastructure (TDI) People Partnering team, you will partner closely with leaders across our domestic and international asset businesses to help shape the future of our workforce. This is a strategic HR partnering role with a significant transformation agenda, offering the opportunity to influence organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, and business performance across both Australian and global teams.
You'll work at the intersection of people and business strategy, supporting leaders to navigate complexity, accelerate change, and build high-performing teams. While you'll provide expertise across the full employee lifecycle, a key focus will be driving large-scale transformation initiatives, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and building the capabilities needed for the future.
