Remote Recruitment is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support people strategy at a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll work closely with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and build a high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives
• Lead on employee relations matters including performance management and disciplinaries
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives
• Advise on UK employment law and policy interpretation
• Lead organisational change projects from a people perspective

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in a UK-facing environment
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is advantageous
• Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R30,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
