What's the role?

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner you will join a passionate HR team that truly embraces best practice. Working with our Publishing Operations teams you will:

  • Support and drive process improvements

  • Work with senior leaders on restructure and organisational design

  • Build effective working relationships with centres of excellence teams

  • Provide advice and support on all areas of HR including but not limited to performance, leave, absenteeism, pay, engagement, people or leader issues and development

Who are you?

  • Have 2+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with demonstrated experience working with leaders of all levels of the organisation, providing accurate and timely support.

  • You are a true “jack of all trades” when it comes to HR. You are incredibly customer focused, demonstrate high integrity and are not afraid to have difficult conversations.

  • You thrive and shine in a fast-paced environment. While you are highly organised, you understand that working in the media industry you are going to need to pivot and improvise with what the day brings.

  • You’re self-motivated and self-disciplined, you are positive, proactive, and comfortable working to deadlines.

  • You’re a team player - you can work closely with the broader HR team to achieve great things!

  • Ability to travel interstate as required
