Inova People Analytics is looking for a dedicated Sr. HR Analytics Analyst to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time day shift working Monday - Friday.
The Sr. HR Analytics Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, reporting and interpreting data for use in the development of HR business strategies and insightful story telling. Primary responsibilities encompass Business Requirements Identification, Data Exploration and Data and Analytics Strategy.
