Job Title: Senior HR Analyst

Experience: 3 to 6 Years max

Job Summary:

• Manage and monitor statutory HR compliance requirements applicable to the organization.
• Support administration and compliance activities related to EPF/PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, and statutory bonus, as applicable.
• Manage and ensure timely filing of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory returns in accordance with applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive statutory compliance calendar and track filing deadlines to ensure timely completion of all compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external compliance consultants for preparation, validation, and submission of statutory returns.
• Support internal, statutory, and compliance audits by providing required records, returns, registers, and supporting documents.
• Support compliance requirements under applicable central and state employment/labour regulations.
• Track regulatory changes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement required process or policy updates.
• Ensure employee data and confidential HR information are handled in accordance with organizational privacy and security requirements.
• Manage and resolve employee queries related to Food Cards/Meal Cards,
• Handle employee queries related to Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP/Flexi Benefits), including benefit eligibility, declaration, selection, modification, and claim/reimbursement processes..
