For a major project in Adelaide, delivered in partnership with Hatch, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Advisor to support the successful mobilization, execution, and demobilization of the project workforce.
The Human Resources Advisor plays a critical role in supporting all project-related people activities, with a primary focus on workforce mobilization, staffing coordination, employee lifecycle management, mobility administration, employee relations, and HR operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to project leaders and employees, this role ensures the consistent application of HR policies, processes, and practices while supporting project execution objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with project leadership, managers, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and functional teams to deliver effective workforce solutions and positive employee experience throughout the project lifecycle.
