Key responsibilities may include:
Advise senior leadership on complex HR and organizational matters.
Develop strategic recommendations and solutions.
Support workforce planning and organizational transformation.
Review HR frameworks, policies and governance.
Provide expert input into major organizational initiatives.
Mentor and guide HR professionals and senior stakeholders.
Candidates should demonstrate:
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development
Experience working within large and complex organizations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
