
We are looking to welcome a Senior HR Administrator, to support our HR administrative team here at Carnival UK on a 6-month FTC basis.
This opportunity sits within our People Services team and tasks will focused on maintaining accurate employee data, organisational structures, and payroll related activity and other HR related processes that fall within the remit of the HR operations team.
Key accountabilities include:
• Maintaining organisational hierarchy and positions within the myHR portal in line with governance and business processes.
• Supporting the wider team with testing new system requirements and reporting activities using OTBI.
• Supporting Payroll Executives with processes, variable pay calculations, and tasks relating to starters, leavers, and benefits.
• Managing bulk data uploads and supporting Quality Assurance checks.
• Assists colleagues across the function by stepping into broader responsibilities to maintain accuracy, continuity, and service standards
This role is classified as CUK11 and is available on a full time, fixed term (6 months) basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

You are more than just your CV. You're someone who brings:
• High levels of accuracy, organisation and the ability to work with sensitive data.
• Highly confident in using Excel at an advanced level, including lookup and reference functions, pivot tables, and data cleansing.
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Must have experience and be confident in using either HR or Payroll systems
• Adaptability and initiative to spot opportunities to assist the team as a collective
