Job Description

As a Senior HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality HR services to our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing employee data and records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. You will work out of our Prague location on a Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office + 2 days from home).

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to the organization.
• Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within HR.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that drive organizational success.

Qualifications:

• Experience in service administration or related support roles.
• English and German language proficiency - minimum c1 required
• Understanding of HR systems and Technology
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage customer communications efficiently.
