Salary: Level 8 Step 1 ($98,026.50 annually)

Reporting to the Director of Housing and Infrastructure, the incumbent supports the planning, coordinating and administering of key Department finance and administration-related initiatives, including providing the Director with administrative support. The incumbent ensures that agreements and contracts comply with the TH Government’s Finance Act and Governance Act, are completed within required timelines and are supported with appropriate documentation The incumbent ensures that the TH Government is protected from liability and penalties regarding contracts and agreements. The incumbent conducts research and analyses in support of intergovernmental negotiations to ensure that TH Government priorities and obligations with respect to housing and infrastructure are effectively met.
An Eligibility List may be established from this competition – the duration of the eligibility list may be up to 12 months. The eligibility list may be used to fill future permanent full-time, permanent part-time, temporary full-time, temporary part-time, term, or auxiliary on-call vacancies within the same department and classification based on the organizational needs by going the next highest ranked candidate until the eligibility list expires.
