Job Description

A private household in Miami is seeking an experienced full-time House Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help build a well-structured household.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience building and leading a private household team, creating household manuals, SOPs, staff policies, onboarding/offboarding procedures, schedules, and operating systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage household staff
• Create household manuals, SOPs, and staff procedures
• Establish schedules, communication systems, and accountability
• Oversee vendors, preventative maintenance, and household projects
• Implement efficient household and digital systems
• Maintain strong organization, discretion, and communication

Requirements

• Must be local to Miami with South Florida household experience.
• Proven private House Manager experience
• Previous experience building and managing a household team
• Experience creating household manuals and procedures
• Strong vendor and property maintenance knowledge
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and highly organized
• Excellent professional references

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
