$110,000 - $150,000 commensurate with education and experience.

We’re seeking a Senior Engineer who is passionate about highway engineering and eager to play a hands-on role in delivering high‑visibility transportation projects. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll lead technical design and problem‑solving from concept through delivery, collaborate closely with project leadership, and mentor developing engineers and designers. You’ll also engage directly with clients, contribute to proposals and project strategy, and help grow our regional footprint—all while balancing hands‑on engineering with leadership influence.
