Key Responsibilities:

• Support analysis and troubleshooting of high-voltage electrical system issues during market validation and after-sales stages of EV products.

• Participate in benchmarking research and testing of prototype vehicles/products and competitor products in the European market.

• Responsible for joint debugging, commissioning, and technical communication with EVSE manufacturers and partners.

• Participate in the design, development, and commissioning of EVs and EVSEs, identifying and resolving compatibility and interoperability issues.

• Responsible for high-voltage system road testing.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in English as a working language; proficiency in French, German, or other European languages is considered an advantage.

• Familiar with EVs and EVSEs, with hands-on experience in oscilloscope operation and CAN log analysis.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with proficiency in standard office software and tools.

• Holder of a valid driver’s license; local European driving experience is preferred.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within Europe.
