
OF THE POSITION
The Senior Health Information Exchange (HIE) Technical Account Manager leads interoperability initiatives and provides strategic consulting, technical expertise, and account management services to healthcare organizations participating in HIE and digital health programs.
This role combines advanced knowledge of healthcare interoperability and integration technologies with strong relationship management and client engagement skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to provider organizations, EHR vendors, and other healthcare stakeholders.

This position requires candidates to be able to work at our Westborough, Massachusetts office at least two days per week. This is not a fully remote position.
The salary range for this position is $83K - $95K annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s background, skills, and internal equity.
Attend offsite and inter‑office meetings as required, including travel between Boston and Westborough office locations. Some work locations and meeting sites may not be accessible by public transportation.
